Shipping Policy:
Ahalli offers delivery to all pin-codes pan India that are serviced by our shipping partners – Bluedart & Delhivery and countries outside of India serviced by Indiapost, DHL & Aramex. Shipping costs are calculated based on the cumulative weight of the entire order and vary depending on the number and types of bags purchased.
Orders of value Rs. 10,000 and above with delivery addresses within India qualify for Free Shipping by Ground Mode.
- All orders of items marked “Ready to Ship” are dispatched within 2 business days of the purchase.
- All orders on items marked “Made to Order” will be dispatched within 4 weeks of the purchase for bags and 3 weeks for most wallets and small leather goods. All products whether a wallet or a bag will be shipped in 4 weeks.
- You will be notified by email on the dispatch of your purchase. Tracking numbers will be shared and the package can be tracked online at http://www.fedex.com/in/ or https://www.delhivery.com/ or https://www.dhl.com/in-en/home/tracking.html?locale=true or https://www.aramex.com/track/shipments depending on the service your Ahalli has been sent out by
- Air: Delivery can take anywhere between 1-3 business days from the dispatch date depending on the destination.
- Ground: Delivery can take anywhere between 5-7 business days from the dispatch date depending on the destination.
- Aramex / DHL: Delivery can take anywhere between 4-12 business days from the dispatch date depending on the destination and assuming no hold up at customs.
- Indiapost in Collaboration with the National Postal Service of the delivery country: 15-21 business days from the dispatch date depending on the destination and assuming no hold up at customs.
- Ahalli shall not be liable for any delay/non-delivery of purchased products caused by flood, fire, war, acts of God or any cause that is beyond our control.
- Within India, our courier partners will attempt delivery a maximum of three times before the package is returned back to us. As a system, they will contact you via phone call and sms before a delivery attempt. Do ensure you keep an eye for calls (on the number given with your order) and coordinate your delivery with them to avoid a failed delivery attempt.
- All Duties and taxes for international shipping as per your country’s laws will need to be borne at your end. Ahalli is not liable to pay any duties or taxes for International Shipping.
- In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake at the customer’s end (e.g. wrong name, address or contact number) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be the responsibility of the customer. The customer must agree to provide authentic and true information to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. Ahalli reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), Ahalli has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website, and/or other affiliated websites without any prior intimation.
Customer Pickup Policy:
This option is perfect for people living in the Bangalore region who would much rather save on shipping charges and shipping time! Also great if you happen to be passing through Bangalore at the time or have assigned a local to come pick up your purchase on your behalf. Customer Pick Up allows you the convenience of placing your order with us and then picking up your goodies at our Workshop located in South Bangalore at a suitable day and time. All you need to do is follow the below steps
- Send us an email on sales@ahalli.com with the subject “Customer Pickup Request.”
- Please mention your preferred day and time for the pickup in the email. Kindly note that our working hours for pickups are Monday to Saturday between 10am and 5pm. And We remain closed on all Sundays and Indian Gazetted Holidays.
- When you come over to make your pickup, make sure you/your designated person is able to quote the order number and Billing Name. We will be unable to handover the purchase without the same. Payment made toward courier charges will be refunded in cash.
